A Comprehensive Masterplan for Educational Excellence

This project delivers a full renovation and expansion of the 1.584-acre Shah Panjo Sultan campus. The masterplan reorganizes the site into five distinct blocks, integrating existing structures with over 10,700 sq.ft of new academic space.

The new G+1 block features eight large classrooms and inclusive, handicap-accessible facilities. The site strategy prioritizes student wellbeing through a centralized 90’ x 90’ playground, assembly zones, and dedicated green areas.

Modernized facades emphasize local identity and climatic durability. Both design options utilize passive cooling elements and strategic shading to ensure a comfortable and resilient learning environment.

PROJECT CONCEPT

The proposal balances civic grandeur with vernacular sensibility to create a resilient and expandable academic hub.

  • A comprehensive 69,038 sq.ft reorganization across five primary blocks (A–E) for optimized spatial hierarchy.
  • Introduction of Block B, adding ten thousand square feet of purpose-built learning space.
  • Design features 30' x 20' classrooms, handicap-accessible toilets, and wide 8'-6" corridors for seamless movement.
  • Option 1 utilizes exposed brickwork and ventilated jaali screens for regional aesthetic and passive cooling.
  • Option 2 offers a formal expression with arches and banding to provide visual symmetry and civic identity.
  • New site-wide upgrades including a dedicated pump room, guard room, and overhead water tank.
  • Integrated 90’ x 90’ playground, green zones, and organized parking provisions.

Innovative architecture blending functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability to create timeless spaces.
