The AFHOS Residence is a 4,500 sq.ft home designed to achieve a refined yet understated presence within its urban context. The architectural language follows a modern contemporary style subtly infused with Mediterranean influences, creating a space that feels both timeless and regionally appropriate.
A defining feature of the residence is its temporal dynamism; the façade transitions gracefully throughout the day as pergolas and screens cast shifting shadows that enhance the building’s visual depth. Every structural and ornamental element is carefully composed to prioritize balance, maximize natural light, and ensure optimal ventilation.
