Modern Minimalist Retail Experience
This project presents a contemporary design option for an EGO retail outlet located at Jinnah Icon in Karachi. The interior layout is meticulously planned to maximize spatial efficiency and brand visibility within a large retail footprint. The design integrates specialized display systems, including unstitched racks, wall racks, and dedicated mannequin display zones, to create a streamlined shopping journey.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The design focuses on spatial optimization and brand engagement through modern material application and digital integration.
- A comprehensive floor plan featuring a wide central passage, integrated try rooms, and a strategically placed cash counter for optimal customer flow.
- Utilization of textured cement board sheets and travertine cladding with iron frames to provide a sophisticated, durable finish.
- Strategic placement of 43" LED screens and digital display boxes encased in matt black metal to enhance brand engagement.
- Design includes custom MDF laser-cut corrugated patterns with integrated rope lighting and matt black painted metalwork for a sharp, modern edge.
- Detailed elevations ensuring seamless integration of structural elements like block masonry walls and R.C.C slabs with the interior retail fit-out.
