Sustainable Minimalism and Thermal Comfort
The client, a married couple in their mid-twenties, required a warm, cozy, comfortable, and minimal space with wooden grounding textures in their surroundings. A Modern Contemporary style of interior is followed for this house, featuring a formal lounge area with access to the indoor lawn space. The house utilizes the concept of a Bio-Green Wall to improve living quality, decrease the usage of cooling devices, and ultimately reduce the carbon footprint. The exterior facade is designed to be shaded, protecting the structure from harsh Southern daylight, while a Lime Plaster finish provides an additional layer of thermal insulation and a smooth, minimalist aesthetic.

- A shaded front facade was created to protect the house from the harsh Karachi Southern Daylight, utilizing a Lime Plaster finish for added insulation and an aesthetically pleasing exterior.
